For some reason I find bike with smaller swingarms like the Bullit and your Meta look really ugly in pictures, but super sick when they're being ridden. Looks like that thing is dialed!

how did it do over the rough stuff? could it be run soft enough to absorb small bumps without bottoming out all the time? how does it compare to the rampant?

I don't think it's necessarily going to break, I just think it's ugly.

Troof. Other than the spindly shock mount it's looking pretty hot. Should be a pretty sick ass build, hopefully it'll ride as good as it looks.

Danscomp prices are also in American, plus they charge shipping, duties, and there is the added hassle of waiting for them. Not to mention you're not supporting your LBS.

Shit dude, that sucks. Want to buy my P2? If you crack it I'll get you warranty and you'll get a brand new 09 or 2010 P.frame (generally a P3).

32 pounds with Hussefelt cranks/stem and a 888, two brakes, gears, 8 inch rotors, a dually frame, etc.? I wouldn't call that accurate, considering my P2 was 30.55 pounds with a sub 5 pound frame, one 6 inch rotor/brake, the same cranks and stem, single ply tires, a road bike seat and singlespeed. Though it does depend greatly on what tires/tubes you're running, I highly doubt it's 32 pounds. Atleast 34 is my guess, unless you want to prove me completely and utterly wrong with a scale shot.

You set up two cameras, one behind the other (the rear one with a self timer), then sat down on the couch with a camera. The timer went off, cauing the first camera to take a picture through the second one of you with a third.

Am I right?

That's not a size short. They only came in one size for 07, a 23.2" top tube which is actually quite long for a dj bike. I'm 6'1 and mine fits just fine, I actually want a shorter one for dj's. Works good on trails though. My free ride bike is actually a half inch shorter than it with plenty of room.

I guess it comes down to personal preference though.

Alright, I'll be back home this weekend so I might consult you further when I take a look. Any oil that has to be drained? Any springs going to shoot up and take out my eye lol? I have the Coil version if that helps. Sorry for the noobness, I've never touched internals before.

If you're really worried about it, just put a strip or two of clear 3M tape under the zip tie. Won't cause any more movement than before and you don't have to worry about it ruining your paint if it does happen to move.

Someone else posted it on here a while ago on one of oneghosts pictures. He deleted the comment, which I think is bullshit and why I'm posting it elsewhere. People should know they're paying top dollar for a catalogue frame that you can probably get straight from the factory or something.
